If you are looking to get air conditioning fitted but for whatever reason cannot have an outside condenser unit fitted water cooled air conditioning may be the answer. You have the same components but rather than the condenser unit being located outside, and using air as the cooling medium it can be located inside the property in a suitable space and uses a connected water supply to provide the cooling required.

This model the FW18Q6 condenser unit rated at 5kw and is suitable for cooling rooms up to 50 square metres in size. This 5kw cooling only model comprises the FW18Q6 condenser unit that can be situated in any suitable indoor space connected to the MI18 model high wall mounted indoor unit. The FW18Q6 condenser unit manufactured by LTB in France requires a connection to a water supply and a wastewater connection to operate. The indoor unit is then connected to it as per a standard split air conditioner via flared copper pipes. Please see the brochure below for full details on these unique systems.

You will require additionally a water supply and waste water connection to the condenser unit which is local supply.
